Your presence commands attention. (Maybe more than you want.) You get results for yourself, and for (and with) others. You don’t need more achievement. You don’t need more—or less—on your plate. You need alignment.

You need room to be all of you — gifted, intense, intuitive, and impossibly deep.

I know that path. I had three distinct high-achieving “typical” seasons of my life, from college to corporate—and I was about thirty-five when I learned that giftedness was the common thread under almost all of my gaps, misunderstandings, challenges at work, challenges in relationship, things about life that I just couldn’t figure out that seemed to not bother anyone else.

So having been a gifted kid was not something I magically outgrew on becoming an adult. Gifted adults are wired differently and have unique needs, and unique problems if those needs are not met. Nobody had ever taught me that, even though from the age of five my life went differently with that label.

In corporate, they wanted to develop me on the fast track with a coach to help me become a better fit. I tossed that on its head and took coach training of a totally different nature because I realized I was tired of coaching people inside a company to get results for the company. I wanted to help them remember who they are.

Since 2013, I’ve been living as a writer, editor, coach and guide for gifted women who are ready to stop shrinking and start creating a life that actually fits who they need to become. Self-actualizing isn’t just talk for me.

Here, we don’t simplify complexity — we honor it. We unmask. We rewire. We come home to voice, vitality, and vision.

My work blends mindset alchemy, emotional intelligence, creative reawakening, and holistic self-leadership.

With a couple decades of writing and editing, issues and crisis management work, message architecture, speechwriting, leadership and management under my own belt—I see and hear you in a way that no one else will. I know how to listen into the silences, for what wants to be said. My questions scare people in the most delectable way.
