Payment Policy
An Investment in Your Transformation
Working with a coach, participating in a transformation-oriented program or experience represents an investment in your personal and professional growth. Clear payment expectations ensure we can focus entirely on your development during our time together.
Payment Terms
Payment Due in Advance: All session fees, course payments, and program costs must be paid in full before services are rendered. This includes discovery calls, single sessions, and course enrollments.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and several popular online payment platforms. Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions.
Package and Course Payments: Multi-session packages and courses may be paid in full at enrollment or through an approved payment plan arrangement.
Payment Plans
Eligibility: Payment plans are offered at our discretion and must be arranged prior to beginning services.
Stay Current Requirement: Clients utilizing payment plans must remain current on all scheduled payments to maintain their booking privileges. Missed or late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Automatic Payments: Payment plans typically utilize automatic billing on agreed-upon dates to ensure consistency and convenience.
No Refund Policy
All Sales Final: We do not issue refunds for coaching services, courses, or programs once payment has been processed. This policy reflects the personalized nature of coaching services and the commitment required for meaningful change.
Unused Sessions: Sessions that are not attended or are cancelled without proper notice (per our scheduling policy) are considered used and are non-refundable.
Late Payments and Account Suspension
Accounts with outstanding balances may result in suspension of all services until payment is received. Additional sessions cannot be scheduled until all past due amounts are resolved.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policies are firm, we understand that extraordinary situations may arise. Requests for payment modifications due to genuine hardship or emergency circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
