Scheduling Requirements

Before You Book: Please only schedule appointments when you are fully committed to attending. Our sessions are designed to create meaningful progress, and consistency is key to your success.

Available Services:

  • 15-minute discovery calls

  • Single coaching sessions or packages of 1:1 calls

  • Coaching or consulting engagements 1:1 or small group (or team)

  • Course enrollment and sessions

Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: Any changes to your scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting.

How to Reschedule: Use the link you were sent with your confirmation to reschedule (using Acuity or Calendly) with at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without penalty.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments without prior notice will be subject to the full session fee. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and respects the time we've reserved specifically for you.

Exceptions

We understand that true emergencies occur. Medical emergencies or other unforeseeable circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
